Mr. Umer Zaheer Ahmed is the visionary founder and current Director of ZAV Group Ltd, a multifaceted organization committed to delivering excellence across various sectors. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its services to include IT solutions, healthcare software, child and youth care services, and training and employment programs.
Entrepreneurial Journey
In 2013, Mr. Ahmed founded DjangoLounge Limited, a hospitality venture in London, which operated until 2017. In 2021, he established ZAVAZU Consultants Ltd, rebranded as ZAV Group Ltd in 2022. The company was incorporated on December 4, 2021, and has since expanded into multiple sectors.

Solace Care Partners provides specialized residential care for children with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. They use positive parenting and Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Solace ensures timely placements via a 24/7 emergency referral service, collaborating with professionals and stakeholders.
